The inception of Cybercy traces back to two decades ago when Glenn and Ronan, hailing from different corners of the world, met at Cisco new hire training in San Jose. It was the beginning of a profound friendship and a joint mission to enhance global cyber safety.

Their professional journeys, covering senior roles across four continents in Cyber Security and Telecommunications, have given them a front-row seat to the escalating cyber threats facing organizations and individuals in our rapidly digitalizing world. They observed that while technical safeguards were being implemented, there was a gap in equipping people with the necessary skills to navigate the online space securely.

This realization sparked the creation of Cybercy. Drawing from the natural way we learn essential life skills through family, education, and community, Cybercy aims to instill a comparable set of skills for online safety and success.

Glenn and Ronan, along with the Cybercy team's expertise in coaching and educational methodologies, crafted an engaging Cyber Culture Change program, Cybercy Mindset 1.0. It's a program that transcends basic cyber security awareness—it's about fostering a culture of cyber mindfulness for everyone.
